The Law Office of Robert Schwab has primarily limited its practice to wrongful death and significant personal injury cases involving medical malpractice.
Our law firm handles only select contingent fee cases.
We rely upon state of the art technologies and commit the economic resources necessary to maximize the value of each clients' case.
Many of our cases come from referring attorneys who are very important to our practice. Referring attorneys remain active in our cases and, have substantially benefited from the joint venture fees paid when cases have successfully resolved.
Bottom line, if we accept a case, we expect to win. It is our feeling that if a firm is unwilling to commit the necessary economic resources to a case, the insurance company will not feel threatened by the firms' involvement.
We strive in every case to retain the best experts throughout the nation, regardless of the cost or their location, in order to fully prepare our cases for trial.
